Two Appliances, One Visit

Do you have another appliance that needs attention? Mention it when booking.

$99 for two diagnostics

Diagnosing two appliances in one visit costs $99, not two separate service calls at $79 each.

One visit, one technician

Especially convenient in fully integrated kitchens, where the refrigerator and dishwasher are often only a few feet apart.

Save $59

Two separate service calls would cost $158. One visit for two appliances costs $99.

How Our Pricing Works

Most of the anxiety around appliance repair is not about the final number. It is about not knowing the number until the work is done. Here is how we handle it.

icon
Service call

$79 for one appliance. This covers the technician's visit and on-site diagnosis. Two appliances in one visit cost $99.

icon
Repair estimate

After diagnosis, you receive the price and scope of work before the repair begins. Nothing is done without your consent, and you may decline.

icon
Waived with the repair

The service call fee is waived when the repair is completed.

icon Labor is priced by the type and complexity of the repair, not by a flat menu rate. On built-in appliances the difference between a control board swap and a sealed system repair is real, and the invoice reflects it.
What You Are Paying For
OEM parts.

We install manufacturer parts, and we do not fit components of unknown origin, including parts supplied by the client. A part we cannot verify makes everything downstream of it unpredictable.

A diagnosis, not a guess.

The technician works the unit against manufacturer service manuals and documented procedures for that model. Replacing expensive components until something works is the fastest way to run up an invoice, and it is not how we operate.

Work that is backed.

Every completed repair carries a 12-month warranty on OEM parts and a 6-month warranty on labor.

No pressure to replace.

If the repair does not make financial sense against the value of the appliance, we will tell you. You are still free to proceed, but you will hear the honest version first.

How to Claim an Offer
icon
Mention it when you call.

Tell us you saw the offer here, or mention it to the technician during the diagnosis. That is the whole process.

icon
No coupon required.

Nothing to print, no code to enter, nothing to show on your phone.

icon
It comes off the invoice.

It is applied to the labor line before you pay.

Conditions
New customers

The new customer offer applies to a first repair with Bristol Appliance Repair.

Seniors

The senior offer requires letting the technician know at the time of the service call or diagnosis.

Labor only

Offers apply to the labor portion of the invoice and do not apply to parts.

One-time

One offer per repair. Offers cannot be combined with each other.

Waiving the service call fee when the repair is completed is standard policy and applies whether or not an offer is used. Offers apply to residential appliance repair in our Orange County service area.
